This court has rendered hearing to the learned counsels of both the parties. The applicant Smt. Vineeta Chauhan is posted as Head of the Department in Government Polytechnic, Kotdwar while Shri Priyank Chauhan, the husband, is posted as Executive Engineer in Jal Vidyut Nigam at Tiloth, Uttarkashi. So, it will be convenient for both the parties to contest their mutual litigation at Rishikesh.
In this eventuality, the case no. 31/2010 Priyank Chauhan vs. Smt. Vineeta Chauhan pending in the court of learned Civil Judge, S.D., District Uttarkashi shall stand transferred to the learned Judge, Family Court, Rishikesh. Petition finally stands disposed of.
