The learned counsel of the opposite party-Mr. Subrato Mandal has urged that both the parties should be called in person in the court for settlement of their matrimonial discord.
Such proposal has been resisted by the learned counsel of the applicant on the ground that petition under section 9 was initiated by Mr. Subrato Mandal just to frustrate the proceedings of section 125 Cr.P.C. initiated by Smt. Priyanka Mandal in Rishikesh.
I think the court has been functus officio after passing of the order dated 27.6.2017.
As regards the recall of this order, I think there is no sufficient ground. It is hereby rejected.
