The opposite party still has not been served in the matrimonial suit no. 25/2016 and he is a resident of Bulandshahar.
Smt. Shalini, who is also taking care of her two children, has to travel atleast seven hours of journey to attend her case at Pauri Garhwal while she will have to travel only four years of journey to attend such case at Kotdwar.
For Anil Kumar too, the commutation at Kotdwar will be far easier.
So, looking to these circumstances, the ongoing matrimonial case no. 25/2016 launched by Smt. Shalini against her husband Anil Kumar under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Pauri Garhwal shall stand transferred to the learned Judge, Family Court, Kotdwar.
Petition finally stands disposed of.
