Mr. Rakesh Thapliyal, Advocate, present for the petitioners. Mr. P.S. Saun, Deputy Advocate General alongwith Mr. K.S. Rawal, Brief Holder, present for the State.
Learned Deputy Advocate General submitted that Chargesheet has been filed against petitioners. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the respondent-State, the criminal writ petition has rendered infructuous. The same is dismissed as accordingly infructuous.
Interim order dated 27.06.2014 will continue to operate till the submission of Charge-sheet before the Court concerned and no further.
