Petitioner is working as a Cook in Grant-in-aid in P.G. College namely M.K.P. (P.G.) College, Dehradun. The Management Committee has referred his case to the State authorities for his appointment on the post of Gardner/Peon. However, State authorities have not taken any action on the said recommendation of the College, which was done as far back in the year 2013.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Director Higher Education, Haldwani District Nainital/ respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner for his appointment on the post of Gardner/Peon expeditiously.
