The petitioners before this Court were initially appointed as Assistant Teacher, Primary School in different Government Primary Schools in District Pithoragarh. Upon promotion to the post of Assistant Teacher in Upper Primary School, they were transferred to District Champawat in the year 2001 and 2005 respectively. Subsequently, after responding to an advertisement and going through a selection process, have been appointed on deputation in the capacity of Coordinator in Cluster Resource Center in District Champawat. They are aggrieved by an order dated 27.06.2014 by which fresh appointments are to be made for various posts of Coordinators for which the nomenclature has been changed to Cluster Resource Persons and Block Resource Persons. The work, however, remains broadly the same as it was earlier.

A similar controversy has already been decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.1204 (S/S) of 2014, Badri Singh Bhainsora Vs. State of Uttarakhand & others and other connected writ petitions, vide judgment dated 27.10.2014, a fact which is admitted to the learned State counsel.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of the on the same terms and the judgment passed in Writ Petition No.1204 (S/S) of 2014, Badri Singh Bhainsora Vs. State of Uttarakhand & others, shall follow in the present writ petition.
