Petitioner is a Lab Attendant. He has participated in a promotion exercise for the post of Lab Assistant in July,2014. But the result has not been declared. In this regard, petitioner has already moved representation, which is pending before Committee of Management Dayanand Education Institute, Kanpur.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to decide his representation.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the representation of the petitioner is pending before Committee of Management Dayanand Education Institute, Kanpur, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
No order as to costs.
