The only prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is to issue the Markssheet of the petitioner of Uttarakhand T.E.T. Examination 2011.
Earlier the Marks-sheet was not being issued as there was some doubt as to the graduation qualification of the petitioner. Now this doubt has been removed.
A statement has been given by Mr. Pankaj Negi, Advocate who appears for the Uttarakhand School Education Board that the result of the petitioner has already been declared and the Marks-sheet shall be given to him as soon as possible.
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
