The only grievance of petitioner is that respondents are not taking decision on the representation of the petitioner (Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition) without there being any fault of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that an appropriate decision shall be taken on representation of the petitioner (Annexure No. 6) preferably within four weeks from today and decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
Mr. D.S. Patni, Advocate for the petitioner submits that present petition may be disposed of in the light of statement made by learned counsel for the respondents.
