The petitioner had challenged the order dated 27.11.2013 before this Court in WPSS No. 1863 of 2013 and this Court granted interim order on 04.12.2013 by which the order dated 27.11.2013 was directed to be kept in abeyance.
However, the petitioner alleged that there was a willful disobedience of the above order passed by the learned Single Judge in WPSS No. 1863 of 2013, hence the present contempt petition.
Learned counsel for the parties have invited the attention of this Court towards order dated 20.12.2013 by which the said interim order 04.12.2013 has been vacated.
In view thereof, the contempt petition does not survive and is hereby dismissed.
Notices are hereby also discharged.
