Heard Mr. R.S. Sammal, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Vinod Tiwari, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand.
The applicant is in jail having been implicated in F.I.R. No.649 of 2012, S.T. No. 169 of 2013, which has been registered under Sections 302/307/147/148/149/120B/34/174 of I.P.C. at Police Station – Kashipur, District – Udham Singh Nagar.
The first and second bail applications of the applicant were rejected vide order dated 28.07.2014 passed in 1st Bail Application No.230 of 2014 and vide order dated 08.09.2014. However, a short term bail was granted by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2014, for a period of 15 days as the plea of the applicant was that his wife needs to be operated. This interim bail has already been availed.

The applicant now seeks short term bail for the same purpose. This cannot be done. The short term bail application is hereby rejected.
