Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I dispose of the writ petition directing the Registrar, Kumaon University to treat copy of the writ petition as representation and consider the prayer of the petitioner upon giving notice for personal hearing and passing a speaking order. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
