This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to issue the certificate of Uttarakhand Rajya Aandolankari on the basis of letter dated 25.07.2013 issued by the respondent no.2.
From the perusal of letter dated 25.07.2013, it transpires that vide letter dated 25.07.2013, the District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar has recommended for grant of certificate of Uttarakhand Rajya Aandolankari in favour of the petitioner, but no final decision has yet been taken in the matter.
Prayer made by the petitioner in the writ petition cannot be allowed, but considering the facts mentioned in the writ petition and after going through the papers available on record, I permit the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today. In case such representation is filed by the petitioner, same shall be decided by the competent authority, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of filing of representation along with the certified copy of this order. Before taking decision on the representation of the petitioner, the competent authority
shall also examine the documentary evidence filed by the petitioner. This disposes of the writ petition finally. Interim relief application also stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
