An FIR was lodged on 17.08.2013, in Reporting Out Post I.T.I, police station, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar against four accused persons, including present applicants, under Sections 379 and 411 of IPC and 3/57 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.
Petitioners Gurcharan Singh and Paramjeet Singh alias Pammi are directed to contact the Investigating Officer of the case on 9th September 2013, and on such subsequent dates, as may be directed by the I.O., for interrogation and investigation. It is provided, as an interim measure, that no coercive means shall be adopted against the petitioners during the course of interrogation and investigation, provided they cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
List this petition on 19th September 2013.
This interim order shall remain valid only till the next date of listing.
