An FIR, being case crime no.97/2013, was lodged by the informant against two unknown miscreants on 28.05.2013 in R.O.P. Jhajhra Sahaspura, Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun for the offences punishable under Sections 392/411 IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the parties, considered the grounds taken in the bail application and perused the documents on record.
Accused-applicant was not named in the FIR. He is in jail since 23.06.2013. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the accused-applicant has a long criminal history, to which learned counsel for the applicant objected and submitted that he has not been convicted in any case.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, a case of bail is made out in favour of the present applicant. The bail application is allowed. Let the accused-applicant be released on bail on his

executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun.
