Mrs. Neelima Mishra Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners having argued for some time seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the legal points at the time of framing of the charges seeking discharge. She, however, submits that petitioners shall appear before the learned trial court, on or before 31.05.2013 in compliance of Summoning Order dated 12.04.2013, and shall move an application seeking regular bail Therefore, learned Magistrate, may be directed to decide the bail application at its own merits in accordance with law, if possible, on the same day or soon thereafter.

Permitted to be withdrawn. However, it is directed that petitioners shall appear before the learned Magistrate, on or before 31^st of May, 2013. It is further provided if an application seeking regular bail is moved by the petitioners, the same shall be decided at its own merits, in accordance with law, if possible, on the same day or soon thereafter.
