This is a 2nd bail application seeking regular bail in F.I.R. Case Crime No. 10 of 2013 under Sections 323, 307 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar.
Mr. R.S. Sammal, learned counsel for the applicant submits co-accused Soni has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2013, annexure-16 to the bail application, therefore, for the reasons stated in the order dated 25.07.2013, present applicant is also entitled for bail.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Khatima.
Bail application stands allowed accordingly.
