This is a 1st bail application seeking regular bail in Case Crime No. 4 of 2013, under Sections 304 I.P.C., P.S. Doiwala, District Dehradun.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that alleged incident is of 09.01.2013 while F.I.R. was lodged on 11.01.2013; two days delay in lodging the F.I.R. has not been explained properly; applicant is in judicial custody w.e.f. 22nd January, 2013.
Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct, let the accused/applicant be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dehradun.
Bail application stands allowed accordingly.
