The applicant has applied for bail in case crime No. 3020 of 2006 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C. P.S. Haldwani, District Nainital. Heard Smt. Pushpa Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The allegation against the applicant is that he impersonated himself to be the real candidate appearing for U.P.M.T. Examination.
The applicant is in jail since 29.05.2006 and learned A.G.A. could not show any criminal history of the applicant before me.
