Heard Sri Arvind Vashishth, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue direction to the Assistant Collector I Class, Dehradun to decide the suit numbered as O.S. No. 127/79-80 pending before him, expeditiously.
Considering the fact that the suit is pending from 1979, it is desirable to direct the Court concerned to expedite the matter. The prayer is innocuous, deserves to be accepted. Accordingly, the Assistant Collector I Class, Dehradun is directed to expedite the hearing of aforesaid case and to decide the same within a period of three months from today.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
