In terms of our earlier order dated 12.10.2018 Ms Rina Chakraborty, Superintendent, Government Children Home, Narsingarh has appeared and laid her observations as regards the relation between the minor girl, Riya Nama and the two petitioners. According to her observation, the minor girl feels comfortable in their company and she would enjoy the festive season if she is given in the custody of the petitioners.

We have also interacted with the petitioners. We find that they are very keen to make the minor girl enjoy the festive season.

We have also heard Mr. D Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr. A Roy Barman, learned State counsel.

Having situated thus, we are of the view that the custody can be given to the petitioners temporarily from 15^th October, 2018 till 28^th October, 2018. The petitioners shall receive the

custody of the minor girl from Ms. Rina Chakraborty, Superintendent, Government Children Home, Narsingarh on the afternoon of 15^th October, 2018 and they shall return the minor girl to the custody of the Government Children Home, Narsingarh on the afternoon of 28^th October, 2018 without fail. During the period of custody, the petitioners shall be responsible for the welfare, security and comfort of the minor. At no point of time, the father of the minor girl should be allowed to access or given any space to interact with the minor.

Having observed thus, this petition stands allowed and is disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent, Government Children Home, Narsingarh in the course of the day.
