in that respect dated 13.10.2014. The Provisional Pension had been sanctioned in favour of the said employee by the Memorandum dated 13.10.2014 and the Provisional Pension Order dated 14.10.2014 is placed. That provisional pension, according to Mr. Majumder, learned G.A. had been paid till the death of the said employee. Mr. Majumder, learned G.A. has further placed that the Sanction Memo dated 18.11.2014 regarding payment of the entire leave salary, the Bill and the receipt thereof issued by the concerned office. In this writ petition, the petitioner has urged for family pension, gratuity and other postdeath benefits without mentioning what those benefits are. However, it has been urged to ignore nomination made by the deceased. This court is of the view that this writ petition has been structured without averring the real state of affairs. For this, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed at the threshold inasmuch as from the document submitted by Mr. T.D. Majumder, learned G.A., it appears that the deceased employee had received the total amount of the leave encashment and substantive part of the gratuity to the extent of 75%, provisional pension etc. However, since a distressed lady has approached this court, this court has not adopted the strict procedure, but in view of the processing of the family pension to the Accountant General (A & E), Tripura,
