It is not in dispute that the judgment dated 18-08-2017 rendered in MFA (W/C) No.04/2013 titled as The Divisional Manager versus Smti. Mangali Munda alias Benjuya & others has attained finality.
It is also not in dispute that the original claimant/present applicant Smt. Mangali Munda alias Benjuya is the sole claimant and is entitled to the entire amount of compensation so awarded by the Commissioner, Workmen’s Compensation, West Tripura, Agartala in case No. TS(W/C) 12/2011 titled as Smti. Mangali Munda alias Benjuya versus The Senior General Manager & others .
The total amount of compensation so determined is `7,85,239/- which stands deposited in the Registry of this Court.
Non-applicant/original appellant before this Court has no objection to the application being allowed.
As such, it is directed that a sum of `7,85,239/- deposited by the insurer be released in favour of the applicant. However, the said amount shall be directly remitted into the bank account

of the applicant along with the interest accrued, if any. Needful
be positively done within a period of two weeks.
