Considering the fact that judgment and order dated 27.07.2017 passed in MAC. App. No. 92 of 2013 , titled as Md. Abdul Oyahid alias Abdul Wahid & Others v. M/s P.C. Roy Choudhury & Sons & Others , has already attained finality, as can be inferred from the averments made in the application, the same is allowed.
Accordingly, the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company, be released in favour of the applicants, namely, Md. Abdul Oyahid @ Abdul Wahid and Mst. Salema Begum @ Salima Begum, to be directly remitted into their account.
To this Mr. P. Gautam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection.
The application stands disposed of.
