Heard Mr. S. Datta, learned counsel appearing for the claimantdefendant.
This petition has been filed seeking leave of this court for withdrawing the amount to the extent of Rs.28,840/- as deposited by the National Insurance Co. Ltd. to discharge their liability of paying the award.
This court does not find any impediment to allow the withdrawal.
Accordingly, Registry is directed to transfer the said amount to the petitioner following the process.
In the result, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
