An application has been filed Chapter-V of the High Court Rules for releasing the pre-matured fixed deposit Certificate (Kuber Yojana Deposit Scheme) No.090418 dated 28.06.2018 for an amount of Rs.1,05,666/- to be matured on 28.06.2024, kept in the name of claimant applicant in UCO Bank, District Court Branch, Agartala in terms of the award dated 17.05.2017 passed by the High Court in MAC. App. No.73 of 2015 (D/O) arising out of TS. (MAC) 167 of 2013 to mitigate the treatment expenses for operation of Appendicitis of his wife, namely, Smti. Banti Sutradhar..
In view of the requirement expressed in their affidavit, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the counsel for the applicant for need of money and accordingly, the same stands allowed giving entitlement to the applicant for withdrawal of the amount from the fixed deposit.
In view of above, the application stands allowed and disposed of.
