| Heard Dr. A.K. Saraf, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Chetia and Mr. K. Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. B. Majumder, learned CGC appearing for the respondents. By this petition filed by the petitioner, attention of this court has been drawn to the apparent error which has entered, according to the considered view of this court for in- advertence. This court finds that entry of ‘15% of the gross revenue’ has entered inadvertently under the directions contained in Para-113 of the judgment and order dated 16.05.2017 delivered in WP(C) No. 31 of 2013. Mr. B. Majumder, learned CGC has sought time for the instruction. But the error is apparent, this court has decided to correct it right now, as the respondents do have any role to play. Accordingly, the direction under Para-113 (iii) shall be read as under : “(iii) On such exercise, they shall modify the definition of “Adjusted Gross Revenue” for purpose of revenue share in conformity to the declaration made above. In the interim, the Government of India is permitted to realise the revenue on the basis of the recommendation |
