This is a petition for withdrawal of the award as deposited by the appellant- respondent, namely, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. It appears that the said insurer has deposited a sum of Rs.6,73,325/- which is more than equivalent to the awarded sum. There is no embargo in disbursing the said awarded sum to the petitioner herein and as such the Registry is directed to allow the petitioner to withdraw the said sum with interest, if any, in accordance with the procedure.
