This present application has been filed under Section 151 of
the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for releasing the deposited fixed amount of Rs.2,09,486/only which was deposited by the respondent-Insurance Company before this Hon’ble Court vide cheque No.001183 of ICICI Bank, Agartala, dated 01.06.2018 and deposited on 15.06.2018 for satisfaction of the awarded amount.
Heard Mr. I. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and perused the evidence on record.
For the reasons stated in accompanying affidavit appended to this instant application, this present interlocutory application stands allowed. Registry is directed to do the needful as per procedure.
