This is an application under Section 151 of the CPC for withdrawal of the deposited amount alongwith interest up to day in favour of the claimant-petitioners in connection with case No. MAC App.58 of 2014(D/O).
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and the averments made out before this Court, the prayer of the applicant is allowed, permitting the claimant-petitioners to withdraw the deposited amount alongwith interest up to date. The Registry shall release the amount as per the procedure of law.
With the above observation and direction, the present interlocutory
application stands allowed and thus disposed of.
