This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code for allowing the applicant to withdraw the money kept in a fixed deposit account which was deposited by New India Assurance Company Ltd. as per order dated 31.07.2017 passed in connected appeal (MAC. App.No. 02/2013).
Heard Mr. G.K Nama, learned counsel for the applicant. None is present for the respondent- New India Assurance Company Ltd.
Accordingly, the application is allowed permitting the applicant to withdraw the money kept in a fixed deposit account along with accrued interest thereon, if any, as per procedure.
With this direction, the present interlocutory application stands allowed and thus disposed of.
