Heard Mr. P. Majumder, the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. R.C. Debnath, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
This is the second time pre-arrest bail application has been filed by the applicant namely, Sri Partha Ranjan Das, who apprehends that he is being arrested by police in connection with New Capital Complex Police Station Case No.17/2017 under Sections 468/471/409 IPC.
With the assistance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I have carefully gone through the case diary produced by him. I am satisfied that this is a fit case for custodial interrogation of the applicant.
