Heard Mr. A. K. Bhowmik, the learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. A Banik, the learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. S. Sarkar, the learned. Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for granting pre-arrest bail to the applicants namely, (1) Shri Tapan Roy, (2) Sri Sukumal Biswas, (3) Sri Nipul Sarkar, (4) Sri Rajib Das, (5) Shri Subham Das, (6) Shri Ram Sarkar and (7) Sri Jutan Paul who have been implicated in connection with Manu P.S. case No. 2017 MNU 035 under Sections 307/325/427/34 of IPC.

With the assistance of the learned Public Prosecutor, I have perused the case diary produced by him. On going through those materials, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for custodial interrogation of the applicants.

Resultantly, in the event of arrest, the applicants above named shall be released on bail on their executing a P.R Bond of ₹20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) by each of them with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject to the condition that they shall make themselves available for interrogation as and when called upon to do so by the arresting authority.
