Heard learned counsel, Mr. D.K. Biswas for the petitioners and learned G.A., Mr. T. Datta Majumder for the State respondents. Learned G.A., Mr. Datta Majumder appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted a short affidavit and placed on record a warrant of attachment of the bank account of the Insurance Company. Pursuant to that order an amount of Rs.30,50,900/-(rupees thirty lakh fifty thousand and nine hundred) has been attached from the account of the Insurance Company and the Chief Manager, Union Bank of India, Agartala Branch by letter dated 20.11.2013 communicated the attachment to the Certificate Officer and requested the Certificate Officer to intimate the mode of remittance. Under such circumstances, learned counsel, Mr. Biswas does not like to proceed further with the writ petition and prays for disposal of the same with a direction to the respondentCertificate Officer to arrange remittance of the due amount to the Tribunal after realization of the same. In view of the submission made by learned counsel of both side the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the Certificate Officer shall arrange remittance of the amount as per certificate to the Tribunal immediately according to the procedure prescribed by law. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
