Learned Govemment Pleader for Services-lll subn i s that given the reasonable period of time, the Govemment shall ensure th,t r:ntire paymcnt payable to the pctitioner shall be settled.

We do not intend to further precipitate the mattcr. rs tlrc learned Govemment Pleader for Services-llI has assured ol' nsunng that retirement dues payable to the petitioner shall be released t thc earliest within a reasonable period of time.
