Heard Sri P.Ugender lieddy, learned counsel for^the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll appearing for the respondents and perused the material^on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up^for disposal at the stage of admission itself

of the respondents in not releasing the pc irioner,s retiral benefits, despite token numbers having alreadl been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the I rounts payable to the petitioner.

I-earned counsel for the petitioner further r ubmits that the lis raised in the present writ petition hir arready been adjudicated by the Division Bench of .his Court in W.P.No.23 138 of 2025, which was disposed of id.e order dated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass a simi ar order in the present Writ Petition also.

4- Learned Assistant Government preader f<r Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by learnerl counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.p.I,l r.23 13g of 2O2S dated o3.09.2025 and submits that the respor--( ents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the tok:-r numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six⁽⁶⁾ weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 1O% per

annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actual date of its payment.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ

Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to^costs.
