Heard Sri Mainampati Sathvik^{Reddy,learned counselfor} the petitioner, learned Assistant^{Gpvernment Pleader for} Services-Ill appearing for the^{respondents and perused the} material on record. With their consent,^{this Writ Petition is} taken up for disposal at the stage^{of admission itself.}

Learned counsel for the^{petitionersubmits that the} petitioner filed the instant Writ Petition^{questioning the action}

of the re:;pondents in not releasing the petitioner,s retiral benefits, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Iis raised in the present writ petition has already been adjudicate<l by the Division Bench of this court in w.P.No.23:t38 of 2o2s, which was disposed of uid"eord.er dated O3.O9.2O21;, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

Learn,:d Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner vrith regard to the disposal of w.p.N o.2313g of 2o2s dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Division Bench of this Court in w.p.No.23138 of 2o2s, this writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shatl carry interest at the rate of Looh per arrnum, from the date the amount fell d.ue, tilt the actual date of its pa5rment.
