Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order of direction, preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and to declare the in action of the 3rd respondent in not passing final orders on the appeal dt.30-03-2024 submitted by the petitioner for reinstatement into service against the impugned termination orders dated 21-02-2024 of the 4th respondent, the said action of the respondents is highly iilegal, arbitrary and unreasonable and violation of principles of natural^justice and declare the same as bad-in-law and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate final orders on the appeal dt.30-03-2024 for reinstatement into service of the petitioner against the impugned termination orders dated 21-O2-2O24 of the 4th respondent.

Heard Sri C.Raja Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents and perused the entire material available on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

i,earned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed this Writ Petition to declare the action of the respondent No.2 in not passing final orders on the appeal dated 30.O3.2024 submitted by the petitioner for reinstatement into service against the impugned termination orders dated 21.02.2024 of the respondent No.4, as illegal and arbitrary.
