Having regard to the fact that the representations of the petitioner in respect of the unauthorized constructions made on the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.2O4 and 2O5, admeasuring Ac.5-26 gts., situated at Mokila Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District are dated O1.11.2025, 04.11.2025 and 06.LL.2025, the respondents are under an obligation to look into the representations and take action in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon and take action thereon in accordance with law if there are any illegal or irregular constructions made, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under Section ll4 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act. Needless to mention that all the concerned parties shall be given sufficient opportunity of hearing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There I shall be no order as to costs. )
