This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction on the

part of the respondents in mutating the petitioner's name pursuant

¶45

to the order of the Court of the Agent to Government, Bhadradri Kothagudem in O.S.No.162 of 2017, in spite of the representation

of the petitioner dated 22.11.2025, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 22.11.2025 to respondent No.5 requesting to implement the order passed by the court of the Agerrt to Government, Bhadradri Kothagudem, in o.s.No.162 of 2017. He further submitted that the petitioner has inadvertently addressed the representation to respondent No.5 and now seeks permission to submit an online application to respondent No.6, rvho is now impleaded, and sought a direction to consider the same in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, this court deems it fit and proper to dispose of this writ Petition at the admission stage with a directic,n to respondent No.6 to consider the application to'be submitted by the petitioner and on receipt of such an application, responclent No.6 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously in accordance with law.
