IQON west Luxury Homes' constructed in the land in survey Nos.23/Part and 24/part admeasuring 34g.16 Sq. yards situated at Fathepur Village, shankarpally Municipality and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the present Writ petition is filed.

4l rhe lis raised in this writ petition has already been adjudicated upon by this court in W.p.No.4o49r of 2025 wherein after hearing the parties at length, this Court has disposed of the said writ petition by passing an elaborate and reasoned order dated 06.o3.2026.

In that view of the matter and for the reasons alike in the order dated 06.03.2026 passed in w.p.No.40481 of 2o2s, the

present writ Petition is also disposed. of directing the registering authoril:ies to receive, register and release the document sought to be prest:nted by the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.S to 9 in respect of Villa No. 1 situated at IeON West Luxury Homes, Fathepur Village, Shankarpally Municipality and Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dristrict, without reference to impugned retter No.425 /2o2s dated 16. 12.2025. However, any such registration shall be subject to the outcome of O.S. No. 1042 of 2022 pending on the file of III Adctitional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, more precisely Exs.R. I and R.2 marked in I.A. No.504 0f 2022 in o's'No. lo42 of 2022. It is arso made crear that the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.5 to 9 and their subsequent purchasers shall not claim any equities basing on the registration to be made by the Registering Authority pursuant to this order.
