admeasuring Ac.1.OO guntas in Sy.No.292lll, situated^at Bardipur Village, Bodhan Mandal, Nizamabad District (hereinafter referred to as "the subject property"), the present Writ Pe:tition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though petitiorrer No.1 secured a valid online slot in accordance with the procedure contemplated under the Telangana Bhu BharatL (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short the Act') and the Rules framed thereunder, the Registering Author:t.'v' is not completing the registration process.

Lt:arned Government Pleader submits that the official responclents r,r,ill act strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the Rules framed thereunder.

H;eving regard to the submissions made above, this Writ Petition is disposed of 'vvith a direction to the Registering Authorily to receive and process the document presented by petitioner No.1 pursuant to Slot Booking and Advisory Application No.2500834063, in accordance with law, subject to petitioner No.l complying with the provisions of the Act, r,vithin e. period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order. It r,vitl be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the document presented before him, if he has any objection, duly assigning reasons in support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioners. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioners to get the subject document registered.
