With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

Heard Mr.Meer Akbar Hashmi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registratjon for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner:s submitted a representation to respondent No.3 on 13.01.2026 requesting to remove the subject property i.e., Municipal Nos.2l-162 &, 2l-163 situated at Garmilla shivar, Mancherial District, from the prohibited list as the suit in O.S. No.()3 of 20 13 was disposed of, utdejudgment and decree dated l?'.08.2022, by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge at Manr:herial. However, flo action has been taken by respond:nt No.3 so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.3 to consider the represerrtation dated 13.0L.2026 submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a time-frame to be stipulated by this Court.
