Questioning^{the actionof the respondentsNo.l to 4 in issuing} Look Out Circular No.2O25427347^{against the petitionerbased on} Crime No.OS of 2024 dated^{L9.O4.2O24 on the file of the CyberCrime} Police Station, Ramagundam,^{petitioner filed the present writ petition} with a consequential^prayer to^{direct the respondentsto withdrawthe} said Look Out Circular.

Learned counsel for the^{petitioner would submitthat based on a} complaint lodged by the respondent^{No.S, a case in Crime No.5 of} 2024 under Section 42O IPC^{and Section 66-D of IT Act was} registered. Subsequently, when^{the petitioner returnedto India on} 30.09.2025, Immigration Officer^{took him under custody by virtue of} opening impugned LOC. Questioning^{the same, petitioner filed the} present writ petition.

on the other hand, rearned Assistant Government preader for Home, plac:ed a copy of the instructions dated o6.or.2o26of Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime police Station, Ramagundam, wherein it is stated that the petitioner is the accused No.2 in crime No.S of 2024 on the file of the Cyber Crime police Station, Ramagundam. The accused made the complainant, respondent No.S, to invest amount in crypto-currency assuring that the amount will be doubled within ten days. Believing the accused; the complainant invested Rs.36,89,5i10 /- after converting the said amount into 39,250 US Dollars. The petitioner has receivcd 9,990 us Dolars from and out of the said anrount and the other accused, who are not residents of India have recei'red balance amount. Since the date of commission of offence, tht: petitioner was absconding as such the respondent No.3 has opene<l LOC against the petitioner. On 30.09.2025, when the petitioner .rrived at Mumbai International Airport, the Immigration Authorities have apprehended the petitioner and subsequently petitioner ruas taken into custody and prbduced before the court of JFCM, Peddapalli on 01.10.2025 along with the remand report and the Court sent him to judicial custody and later he was enlarged on regular bail. After completion of investigation, respondent No.3 liled charge-sher:t beforre the Court of JFCM, peddapalli on 26.11.2025 and cc number is awaited. It is further stated that if Loc is withdrawn or suspended the petitioner may leave the country to evade triar and it $. .-.^, would defeat the ends' of justice and seriously qre:iudice the ongoing trial.

After arguing at lengtJr, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for further travel, petitioner will approach the trial Court for travel permission.

In view of the above, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the charge-sheet has arready been filed before the JFCM, peddapalri, the petitioner is at riberty to take appropriate steps for filing an application before the trial Court for travelling abroad and if the petitioner obtains travel permission from the concerned court, then the respondent No.3, sHo, cyber crimes Police Station, Ramagundam, is directed to address a retter to the respondent No.2, commissioner of police, peddapally District, who in turn shall address a letter to the Immigration Authorities to close the Loc against the petitioner. However, it is made crear that till the petitioner obtains travel permission from the concerned trial court i.e. the JFCM, peddapalli, the Loc opened against the petitioner shall continue.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
