Questioning^{the action of the respondentsin not depositing the} amount awarded as per the order in LAOP. No.89 of 20 15 dated 28.12.2023 to the credit of E.P. No.61 of 2024 on the hle of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Mancherial, petitioners filed the present writ petition with a consequential prayer to direct the respondents to deposit the structures/houses compensation amount as awarded in LAOP. No.B9 of 2015 dated 28.12.2023 to the credit of E.P. No.61 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial.

Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar set. of facts and circumstances, this Court disposed of the W.P. No.29O64 ol 2025 on 23.09 .2025 wherein directed to the respondent authorities therein to deposit the enhanced compensation

in terms of the order and decree passed in LAOP. No.47 of 2O12 dated 19.03.2013 to the credit of E.P. No.22 of 2025 on the frle of the Senior Civil Judge at Narayanpet, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and seeks to pass similar order.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not dispute the same.

In that view of the matter, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to deposit the structures/ houses compensation amount in as awarded in LAOP. No.89 of 2015 dated 28.12.2023 to the credit of E.P. No.6l of 2O24 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial, within a period of Four (04) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
