This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of^Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

Heard Mr. A.prabhakar Rao, Iearned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. perused the record.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners seek a direction to respondents to examine itnd pass orders on his online application No. 240004€,8 59 dated 25.06.2024 pending before respondents.

Learne:d Assistant Government pleader for Revenue seeks short span of time to dispose of the online application dated 25.06.2024 submitted by the petitioner.

5' Having regard to the submissions of both .the reamed counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing respondents to pass appropriate orders on the online application No.2400046859, dated ZS.OO.ZOIZ+ submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law by issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and all interested parties and afford them sufficient
