Learncd counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husbanc, I.ate Seelaiah, worked as a Police Constable in CRPF (Paramil:.tary Force/Armed Force), and had passed away on 15.11.2000, Ieaving hehind the petitioner herein and their children. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted her representation dated L9.O8.2O21 to respondent No.3, re<luesting issuance of new pattadar passbook and title deeds in her favour in respect of the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.4-00 gts., in Sy.N,t.Q$/ i, situated at Ryalampad Vi[[age, Alampur Mandal, Jogulam:a Gadwal District. However, no action has been taken thereon so far. Thereiore, Iearned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to direct re spondent No.3 to consider the said representation of the petitioner and take necessary action within a stipulated time-frame.
