After his death, the petitioner, along with other i mily members, acquired the subject land by virtue of successior . It is further submitted that certain boundary portions of the sr bject land were erased and the boundary stones were remove<l and that the neighbouring iandowner is attempting to encr ( ach upon the subject land. Therefore, the petitioner submitted F .ine Application No. DER022 100726254 dated 18. l2.2o2l for conl rcting a survey and demarcation and for hxation of boundary stor es surrounding the petitioner's 1and. However, so far, no action ras been taken thereon. Therefore, learned counsel seeks the inr ulgence of this Court and prays for a direction to the respondents :o act upon the Appiication dated 18.72.2021.
