Questioning^{the action of the respondentsin not depositingthe} amount awarded as per the order LAOP. No.90 of 2015 dated 28.12.2023 to the credit ol E.P. No.62 of 2024 on the h1e of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Mancherial, petitioners filed the present writ petition u,ith a consequential prayer to direct the respondents to deposit the struc tures / houses compensation amount of in pursuance of the order in LAOP. No.90 of 2015 dated 28.12.2O23 to the credit of E.P. No.62 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial.

Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar set of facts and circumsta-nces, this Court disposed of the W.P. No.29064 of 2025 on 23.09.2025 wherein directed to the respondent authorities therein to deposit the enhanced compensation

in terms of the order and decree passed in LAOP. No.47 of 2012 dated 19.03.2013 to the credit of E.P. No.22 of 2025 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Narayanpet, within a period of for-rr (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and seeks to pass similar order.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not dispute the same

In that view of the matter, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to deposit the structures/ houses compensation amount in pursuance of the order in LAOP. No.9O of 2015 dated 28.12.2023 to the credit of E.P. No.62 of 2024 on the Iile of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial, within a period of Four (O4) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending,
