under Section 24 ai the Code of Civil Procedurt: 1908, by the petitioner-wife to transfer H.M.O.P. No.9 -r ol' 2025 pending on the file of the learned Additional S,r nior Civil Judge-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge, Manchelr t1, to the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jagitial at .l q4itial.

Heard Mr. K. Uday Kumar, learned couns:l for the petitioner and Ms. M. V. V. Lakshmi, learned rr rrrn.sel for the respondent. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submir.r that the petitioner is a house wife with no income taking c rre of two

minor children and she is dependent on her parents. The petitioner is facing much inconvenience to travel to Mancherial to defend the H.M.O.p.

Learned counsel for the respondent opposed the transfer ol H.M.O.P. by filing counter alleging that the petitioner has resorted to suppression of material facts, more particuiarly, the first child aged about 7 years, is living with the respondent. and attending school at Mancherial. Further, according to the respondent, the Court is located at Luxettipet which is only at a travel distance of 40 minutes lrom the village of the petitioner.

Given the fact that the petitioner is a house wife with no source of income and is depending on her parents for maintenance of herself and her children and keeping her inconvenience in view, the relief sought is granted.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. The H.M.O.P. No. 93 of 2025 stands transferred from the fiie of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judgecum-Assistant Sessions Judge, Mancherial, to the Iile of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jagitial. The Court concerned is hereby directed to transmit the entire case file
